These terms outline the agreement between Marsh Pest & Wildlife Control and our customers for pest and wildlife control services.
Marsh provides pest control and wildlife management services based on inspection, identification, and property conditions. Treatment plans and recommendations are tailored to each situation. Results may vary depending on the pest or wildlife species, property conditions, and other factors.
Quotes are provided after inspection and are based on the specific situation. Pricing is communicated up front before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon before additional charges apply.
We make every effort to schedule service promptly. Appointment times are agreed upon between the customer and Marsh. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Some pest and wildlife issues require follow-up visits. We will communicate what to expect and schedule follow-ups as needed. If you have concerns after a service visit, contact us and we will address them.
